Stratevolve

Stratevolve was founded in 2001 by Professor Cliff Bowman and Dr Paul Raspin based on their research into how to develop and implement effective business strategies that create and capture significant value.

Their initial drive to form Stratevolve was based on the following views:

• Strategy Management is a design science.
  Strategy management is a “design science” like medicine or engineering. This means that management research has to make a practical difference to the way people run their organisations.
• Inclusivity builds quality solutions with greater ownership.
  Involving client management and staff in strategy projects is key to understand organsational context, access sector expertise and co-develop pragmatic solutions that have a high degree of ownership.
• Strategy must connect to practice.
  Strategy outcomes need to identify and specify initiatives and actions to ensure that strategic change occurs to create and capture value.

Our six major service lines are Strategy, Organisation & Strategic Change, Research & Advisory, Transaction Support, Risk Management and Public Sector Advisory.
