Graham Cooper

Graham has extensive experience in procurement and IT supplier management, specialising in public procurement regulation and tender preparation. He has worked for more than 30 years in the City, including 27 years at the Bank of England; where he represented the UK on the European Central Bank’s IT Committee.

Graham’s knowledge covers all phases of procurement best practice, from analysing procurement procedures including policy, business governance, supplier management and contract control, to implementation. He has a proven track record of delivering effective cost management, extensive experience in budgetary management and control and in vendor and contract management and negotiation. Representing the UK’s interests in EU Central Bank technical committees provided him with considerable experience in pan-European projects and major cross-border procurements under EU Public Procurement directives.

Jason Hollingsworth

Jason is a seasoned financial professional with twenty years of experience in private practice, the private sector, as well as the public and not-for-profit sectors. He was admitted as an Associate of the Australian Institute of Chartered Accountants in 1996 and in the same year became the youngest ever member of the management team of Price Waterhouse Australasia.

He has worked extensively for blue chip corporations including Barclays Capital, Deutsche Bank, Accenture, Razorfish, Protiviti and Lehman Brothers. He has led public sector consultancy engagements at the Highways Agency, the National Probation Service, NHS and a number of Local Authorities. He has a proven track record in financial, risk and operational roles at a senior management level and as a consultant at board level.

Prior to founding a consultancy practice in 2001, Jason was an Associate Director of Compliance at Deutsche Bank, where he was responsible for the development and implementation of a global compliance risk and monitoring framework. In addition, he headed the team responsible for the bank’s compliance with UK Client Money and Custody regulations, led the implementation of the systems and processes to comply with the Capital Adequacy Directive for the Futures and Options business and was a consultee to the FSA during the revision of the UK Client Money Regulations.

Audrey Green Oakes

Audrey is an experienced Communications Consultant with a background in the media, public sector, not-for-profit sector, housing and the arts. She began her career as a journalist and is a former Head of Internal Communication at BBC News and Current Affairs, Producer of the BBC R4 Today programme and Political Producer at BBC Westminster.

She has extensive external and internal communications experience in news management, advising senior executives, devising and implementing communications strategies, copywriting, policy research, annual reports, speech-writing and website communications.
